The service is operated by Reware ApS, Ågade 5, 8620 Kjellerup, Denmark. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact form.

We may process party contact details, questionnaire answers, selected jurisdictions, email addresses, signatures, uploaded document images, transaction references, support messages and technical request data. Most information comes directly from users; delivery, payment and security status may also come from the service providers that perform those functions.

Data is used to operate the questionnaire, generate documents, deliver signing links and PDFs, provide verification and support, prevent abuse, secure the service, meet accounting or legal duties and handle a paid order or full refund when paid checkout is enabled.

Hosting, storage, email-delivery, payment, support and optional analytics providers process only the data needed for their assigned functions. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete a transaction requested by the user.

Reware ApS operates from Denmark. Providers may process data in the United States, Denmark or other countries where they operate, subject to the safeguards and contracts applicable to that provider and processing activity.

Signeret does not sell personal information for money and does not use document or signature data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional product analytics is used to understand and improve the service, subject to the choices presented on the website.

Raw questionnaire content and uploaded document assets are deleted after successful final delivery when the recovery-safe cleanup completes. If delivery is incomplete, guarded cleanup may retain the source long enough to recover the document; expired session form data is scheduled for removal after 30 days once the completion-safety gate permits it.

Limited verification, security, transaction, accounting and support records may be kept longer when needed for the stated purpose or a legal duty. The final PDF is delivered to the parties, who should retain their own copy.

We use access controls, protected transport, limited-purpose service providers and data-minimizing cleanup. No internet service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected incident through the contact form without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Essential aggregate counters may be used to operate and measure the service without building an advertising profile. Non-essential analytics choices can be managed through the website’s privacy controls.

Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or another privacy right that applies to you. We may need to verify the requester and may retain information where a legal duty or a legitimate security, transaction or recordkeeping need applies. We do not discriminate against a user for making a valid privacy request.

The service is not directed to children and should not be used by a person who lacks legal capacity to enter the transaction. Do not submit information about a child unless it is necessary, lawful and provided by an authorized adult.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free, aggregated measurement of visits and viewed pages.

No identifiers from forms, documents, contact details, signatures or payments are sent to analytics. We do not build cross-site profiles or persistent profiles across sessions.

We use this limited measurement only to operate and improve the website. Our privacy policy explains your choices and how to contact us.

When you submit the contact form, we process your contact email, category, optional reference and message to handle the case. The request is sent to our private support channel on Discord. Do not send signatures, identity documents or full payment-card details. We retain the information only while needed for the case and justified documentation.
