The service is intended for people who can lawfully enter the transaction they describe. Do not use it deceptively, impersonate another person or sign on another person’s behalf without authority.

Users are responsible for names, addresses, item facts, state selections, email addresses and all other information they submit. Each party must review the complete agreement and correct errors before signing.

Each signing link is personal to its intended recipient. Do not forward, publish or reuse it. A person who signs confirms the information shown to that person and the intent expressed through the signing action.

Electronic signatures and records are used for the private agreement. Signeret does not represent that electronic form removes any separate notarization, witness, paper-original, title-certificate or government-form requirement.

The questionnaire records title, registration and handoff states as transaction facts. It does not determine every rule for a particular vehicle, item, buyer or seller. Users must complete the current title, tax, registration, inspection, emissions, lien-release, odometer, notice and other official steps required by the relevant authorities.

Do not probe, disrupt, overload or circumvent the service; upload unlawful or malicious content; or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Report a suspected security or accessibility issue through the contact form.

Temporary interruptions may occur. Users should download and retain the final PDF and important notices rather than rely on permanent online availability. Verification shows technical evidence held by the service and is not a government registry or identity guarantee.

The service does not replace inspection, valuation, individualized legal advice, licensed professional services or government procedures. General guides may become outdated as laws and agency practices change; check official sources for the exact transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
