Offer and purchase terms

These terms cover the current $0 offer and any later paid offer that is clearly shown before checkout.

1. Current Special Launch Offer

The current offer includes the questionnaire, two-party digital signing and delivery of a final PDF for $0. No payment, tax charge, receipt or invoice is created for a $0 order. The normal $2.99 price is shown only as the price that may apply after the launch offer ends.

2. Future paid checkout

A paid offer applies only when checkout clearly displays a non-zero price. The total product price and any tax handled by the payment provider are shown before approval. Payment is charged in full before the paid service begins; Signeret does not send a pay-later invoice. A paid receipt or invoice is issued only after payment is confirmed.

3. Electronic records and immediate delivery

The agreement, notices, personal signing links and final PDF are delivered electronically to the email addresses provided. Consent covers this transaction only. Users need internet access, a current browser, an email account and software that can open and save PDF files.

A user may decline or withdraw electronic consent before signing by not continuing and using a separate paper process. Signeret charges no fee for that choice. Users should download or print the agreement and notices for their records and use the contact form if an email address changes or another electronic copy is needed.

4. Full refund policy

If a paid offer is enabled, a customer may request a full refund without giving a reason. Signeret does not issue partial refunds. Submit the request through the contact form with the checkout email and order reference. The refund is returned through the original payment provider when supported; processing time depends on that provider.

If payment is confirmed but the paid service cannot be delivered, Signeret will either complete delivery with the customer’s agreement or issue a full refund. A refund of the Signeret service does not cancel, rescind or change the separate private-sale agreement between buyer and seller.

5. No government filing service

Signeret does not transfer title, register property, calculate a customer’s vehicle tax or fees, provide notarization or submit government forms. Users remain responsible for every federal, state and local step that applies to their transaction.

6. Technical support

Technical issues, accessibility problems and refund requests can be reported through the contact form. Do not submit signatures, identity documents, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
